Zinfandel
Frank’s philosophy of winemaking is “let the vines do the work.” The dry-farmed, head pruned vines produce a very intense and fruit driven wine.
The estate grown Zinfandel is a rich and concentrated wine with dark fruit, spice and hints of black cherry. It is a mouth-filling, full-bodied wine with a lot of complexity. This intensely concentrated wine has a classic “West-side” Zinfandel finish with flavors of ceder, juicy black cherry, white pepper and a slight teasing of tobacco.
